Francis

Physiotherapist

Francis has roots from the Philippines and grew up in Canada. He completed his studies at the University of Toronto and graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Master of Professional Kinesiology. At the age of 25, he moved to Adelaide in 2019 to travel and pursue further education. He attended Flinders University and graduated in 2020 with a Master of Physiotherapy degree.

 

With over 5 years in the fitness industry as a kinesiologist and strength & conditioning coach, Francis uses his expertise to teach and coach movements. As a physiotherapist, Francis uses hands-on techniques to treat his clients and prescribes movement as medicine to move and feel better. 

 

Francis aim to treat his clients holistically and integrate other allied health profressional to provide the best care possible. Francis’ mission is to educate, equip, and empower his clients. He encourages his client’s to be physically active and proactive to live a pain-free lifestyle. Francis aims to give back to the community by sharing his physiotherapy knowledge and skills. 

 

Francis enjoys being active by going to the gym, running and playing basketball. He loves to be out in natur either walking by the beach or going on hikes. He enjoys spending time with friends and family while eating good food. Ask him about his favourite sports, food and travels.
